The ‘airport test’ and other good manners that land jobs

A recent New York Times story offers some very good tips on behavioral factors that play an important role in helping you advance past the first round of interviews.

I especially liked the “airport test” — Would I want to be stuck in the airport for 12 hours with this person if my flight was delayed? — over the tired, insipid “What do you want to be doing in five years.”
